Utility Billing Schedule and Payment Policy
•     Bills go out the 1st and are due by the 15th of the month. Note a 10% late fee applies if payment is not received by the due date.
•     Accounts not paid by close of business on the 25th are subject to disconnection.
If the 25th falls on a Friday, payment is accepted through the following Monday.
If disconnection occurs full payment is required before service is restored.

The City of West Tawakoni is pleased to announce a new billing notification system designed to keep residents and businesses informed about their utility accounts. Through this enhanced service, customers will receive timely email and text alerts for new billing statements on the day they are issued, delinquent notices two days prior to the delinquency date, and service cutoff warnings two days before any scheduled disconnection. This convenient system helps ensure you never miss an important update. To enroll, simply contact City Hall. Stay connected, stay current, and enjoy greater peace of mind.
